This outcrop use to be surrounded by trees but the people developing the area have logged it pretty heavily. I would imagine that they are going to put some super expensive house on top of the hill. It is kind of sad to see it destroyed though, it was a very nice mediation spot.
I don't understand how the state can use my tax money to buy the land and then sell it to private developers without me having any say...
